Please note this is designed to be a form fitting garment. We are able to target the compression on the fabric to keep it close to the body. When closing the zip, the shirt must be "tight" (but obviously not restrictive). The fabric will sag during use. As an indication, a 178cm 70kg rider can wear a Small, but it may initially feel too tight when first folded. Wear the HeatR as tight as it is comfortable!
